 • Order Inspection at Delivery:
You can check your order when the delivery agent arrives. If you’re not satisfied with the item for any reason, you may return it on the spot — but the shipping fee will still be charged.
 • Exchange & Refund Window:
You have 2 days from the moment your order is delivered to request a refund or exchange. To qualify:
 • The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
 • You will still need to cover the shipping fee for both return and re-delivery (in case of exchange).
